Chakr Innovation: A Fantastic New Age Transformation

IIT-Delhi grads Prateek Sachan (age 23), Kushagra Srivastava (age 22), and Arpit Dhupar (age 25) founded the business in 2016. Arpit Dhupar first had the idea while he was in Gurugram and paused for sugarcane juice at a roadside stand.

In the twenty-first century, cities are going through two major changes. They are initially growing. Second, the emergence of the first “smart cities”. Urbanization does, however, bring with it a growing concern about deadly pollution. Due to emissions from industries and vehicles, the air is now thick, smoky, and difficult to breathe. Chakr Innovation, a cutting-edge technological company, is revolutionising persistent pollution control by reducing diesel generator emissions.

How Chakr Shield works

Chakr Shield uses an advanced solvent-based method. It gathers about 90% of the releases of particulate matter, or primarily black carbon. The pollution is then put through a number of exclusive processes to get the heavy metals and carcinogens out of it.

It is then converted into a purified pigment made of carbon. The third stage ensures that the pollutants are disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way by using the carbon in a different chemical process to make different kinds of inks and paints.

The system employs a heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of the exhaust without using any energy. This cooled exhaust is sent to the compartment where the particulate matter is made to aggregate and then captured. This gathered carbon is washed down using a specially created solvent that traps the soot without chemically interacting with it. The soot-containing fluid is then converted into an ink pigment at this point

In the future, Chakr Innovation intends to continue developing cutting-edge technology to combat the issue of air pollution and climate change.
